You may stay away from bars for some time and try to avoid meeting friends who might encourage you to smoke. You don’t have to do this permanently; you are doing it just to break the habit. Withdrawal symptoms of nicotine will appear. At the very beginning you will be irritated and you will feel some nausea. But, soon these symptoms will gradually disappear. Yes, it will take some time, as it will differ from one person to another. But, it is worthy.
